Now, we want to strengthen our team with additional specialists on a consultancy basis.

About the role You will be the person ensuring that our Paid Media campaigns not only reach out but also hit the mark. You plan, publish, analyze, and optimize campaigns in channels such as Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit, TikTok, and Snapchat. At the same time, you are responsible for advertising budgets of several hundred thousand SEK per month. The campaigns involve complex candidate journeys within employer branding and recruitment, where different target groups, messages, and channels need to interact to create impact.

You are as comfortable with analysis as you are with client dialogue, and you enjoy presenting results, discussing strategic choices, and acting as a consultant rather than just the person pressing the publish button. Since we work with large and well-known organizations, you need to feel confident meeting decision-makers and building trust at all levels.

At Oddwork, AI is not a side project; it is a natural part of how we work. We build workflows, automate processes, and constantly explore new possibilities with tools like Claude and other AI solutions. Therefore, we believe you have moved beyond simple prompting and see AI as a tool for building, streamlining, and developing, rather than just generating content.

• Run your own company and wish to work as a consultant
• Have several years of experience in digital advertising and campaign optimization
• Are accustomed to working with platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit, TikTok, and Snapchat
• Have experience with tools like Sprinklr, Supermetrics, and Hootsuite, or equivalent platforms for publishing, reporting, and analysis
• Have experience developing campaign strategies, analyzing results, and presenting recommendations to clients and decision-makers
• AI tools are a natural part of your role to streamline and improve the quality of your work
• Communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
