Job Responsibilities
As a Service Advisor, you will become an important point of contact for our customers. Your main tasks will include:
- Responsible for booking services and repairs.
- Receiving and handing over vehicles, providing price estimates, and preparing job calculations.
- Handling quotation requests and insurance matters, ensuring our customers receive a secure and professional experience.
- Working actively and engaged to ensure our customers are satisfied with how we solve their problems.
- Offering our ancillary services to customers with a customer focus is an important part of your daily work.
Furthermore, you answer the phone and maintain contact with the customer during the workshop visit to inform them about what needs to be addressed on the car. As needed, you act as customer support and offer guidance on any technical questions.
Who are you?
You, the applicant, have:
- Experience in customer-focused operations.
- A completed upper secondary education.
- Good computer skills.
- Good verbal and written Swedish skills.
- Category B driver's license (manual transmission).
To thrive as a Service Advisor, you enjoy working with positive engagement and energy towards the customer, even at times with a high pace. This requires a high level of service awareness and good communication skills. If you have an interest in cars and technology, or are generally curious and eager to learn, we believe you will find it easier to get into the operations and help our customers through their workshop visits effectively. It is important for this role that you are proactive, structured, positive, and flexible regarding different tasks. It is also important that you have good teamwork skills as we are a team that works closely together. You need to be able to independently organize the daily work, with a constant focus on high quality. We see our new colleague as a happy, energetic person who contributes to a good atmosphere.
