We are now looking for a Danish-speaking Customer Service Representative for an international company in Gothenburg. Here you will have a central role where you are responsible for providing customers with professional service while ensuring efficient order and delivery flows. Your Employment Offer

As a Customer Service Representative, you work with the entire order process, from order registration to delivery and follow-up. The role combines customer contact with administrative and coordinating tasks, meaning you have many contact points both internally and externally.

You are offered a role in an international operation with clear processes, significant personal responsibility, and good opportunities to develop your knowledge within customer service, order processing, and logistics.

This is a consultancy assignment starting as soon as possible. As a consultant through TNG, you will have secure employment during the assignment period and a dedicated consultant manager who supports you throughout the assignment.

Your Responsibilities

In the role, you will among other things:

  • Register and handle customer orders via EDI, email, and phone
  • Book transport and follow up on deliveries
  • Handle complaints and customer cases in the CRM system
  • Ensure forecasts, stock balances, and product allocation
  • Create purchase orders for warehouse and direct deliveries
  • Update supplier prices and check freight invoices
  • Collaborate with the warehouse, carriers, and other internal functions
  • Contribute to developing and improving working methods and processes

Worth Knowing

The assignment is full-time with an immediate start and initially lasts for three months, with the possibility of extension depending on the business's needs. The work is scheduled during office hours on weekdays and takes place primarily from the office in central Gothenburg, with the possibility of some hybrid work.

To succeed in the role, we would like you to have:

  • Experience in customer service or order processing.
  • Experience with logistics or warehouse-related processes.
  • Good knowledge of SAP and preferably experience with CRM systems.
  • Fluent knowledge of Danish and English, both spoken and written.
