About the role

This is a full-time consultancy assignment. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at Telia. There are possibilities to extend the assignment.

Responsibilities

In the role of Sales Customer Service Representative B2B, you handle only incoming calls and inquiries from Telia's existing business customers via phone. Common issues customers call about include wanting to switch providers or terminate their service or subscription. Your main task is to listen to the customer's needs and find out the actual reason why the customer wants to cancel the contract. Based on the need, you inform them about Telia's service offerings that could provide a better solution to retain them as satisfied customers. Thus, upselling becomes a natural part of the conversation and the service you are expected to provide.

Examples of tasks:

  • Receive incoming calls from business customers
  • Conduct needs analysis and understand the customer's situation
  • Present solutions and work with upselling
  • Handle cancellation dialogues and work with customer retention

Education, experience, and personal qualities

  • Completed upper secondary education
  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a similar role
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • Basic familiarity with working in the Office suite

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in sales to business customers
  • Experience with Zendesk or similar functions

To thrive in this role, you are a person who is curious about the customer's situation and takes responsibility for driving the dialogue forward. You listen actively, ask relevant questions, and adapt your communication to the customer in front of you.

Salary: Fixed salary + commission
