Administrator with Customer Responsibility

Do you want a key role where you can combine structure, customer contact, and coordination? We are now looking for an engaged and solution-oriented administrator who wants to work closely with our customers.

About the role

In the role of administrator, together with a District Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the daily coordination regarding one of our key customers. You will become a central contact point and ensure that work flows smoothly between different parties. Ideally, you reside in the Gothenburg area.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Planning and coordinating work at customer sites
  • Maintaining ongoing contact with customers and handling customer cases
  • Processing and executing invoicing
  • Assisting our service technicians
  • Supporting the business with other administrative tasks

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is structured, service-oriented, and has a good ability to prioritize in a varied workday.

We believe that you:

  • Have experience in administrative work with significant customer contact
  • Are accustomed to working with planning and coordination
  • Have good computer skills and easily adapt to new working methods
  • Have good communication skills in both Swedish and English, both verbal and written
  • Are self-reliant but also thrive in collaboration with others
  • Have the possibility to travel to Gothenburg when needed

To succeed in the role, you need a completed upper secondary education and a few years of experience in administrative work. You have good computer skills with good knowledge of the Office package, and experience working in SAP is an advantage. Good knowledge of English is a requirement as it is our corporate language.
