As an HR Partner within the Psychiatry and Habilitation business area, you will be based at one of our twelve facilities in Stockholm County.

You are part of the consolidated HR organization with approximately 30 HR colleagues, and your direct manager is the HR Manager for Psychiatry and Habilitation. You work close to the operations and support managers with all HR-related issues. The HR organization across the entire SLSO is led by an HR Director and comprises approximately 75 HR staff members.

We currently have a vacancy within Psychiatry South Stockholm located in Hammarby Sjöstad. Our change work continues, which means there may be more vacancies in the future within this business area.

Responsibilities

The role of HR Partner is a generalist role where you work consultatively to provide advice and support, contributing to development in areas such as; working environment, employment law, wage formation, rehabilitation, recruitment, cooperation issues, and collective bargaining. Ongoing administration in systems such as the personnel system Heroma and our case management system Platina is part of the responsibilities.

In the role of HR Partner, you combine operational work with strategic work in close collaboration with colleagues, managers, and union representatives. You work close to the operations and have significant responsibility for the units you support. As a contact person, this may involve travel to the various units within Stockholm County.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have a university degree as a Human Resources Professional or another education that we assess as equivalent.

- You have current experience of operationally close HR work.

- You have experience of working within public operations and/or healthcare.

- You have very good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing.

The position is subject to the condition that it does not need to be taken for internal relocation, according to current regulations.

In patient-oriented work within the Stockholm County Council (SLSO):

- Register checks are applied before the decision on employment according to SLSO's overarching guidelines for register checks upon employment.

- Employees who will have patient contact must undergo a new employment examination, according to current directives, which takes place through occupational health services before employment.

- In addition to Swedish professional licensure, good knowledge of the Swedish language corresponding to level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) is required. The same requirements are guiding for non-licensed staff with patient contact.
