About the role

You will play a key role in translating responsible business ambitions into scalable impact across global supply chains. Working at the intersection of human rights, technology, and business, you will support the development and delivery of Quizrr's digital learning and capacity-building programs — supporting and maintaining client and supplier relationships throughout the full project lifecycle, from onboarding and implementation through to impact measurement and long-term partnership development.

You will act as a bridge between clients, suppliers, partners, and internal teams, ensuring that training programs and initiatives are effectively adopted, locally relevant, and capable of driving measurable change at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end project delivery for assigned clients and deployments, including project planning, milestone tracking, and risk management.
• Support the development of training content, including script writing, quiz development, translations, and coordination with external production companies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and supply chain stakeholders through timely and professional communication.
• Assist with data collection and analyze quantitative and qualitative data to measure program effectiveness and prepare impact reports and presentations for clients.
• Provide hands-on operational support to suppliers throughout the training lifecycle, including troubleshooting and KPI tracking.
• Collaborate cross-functionally on product and program improvements based on client feedback and market trends.
• Support identification of business development opportunities and disengagement risks.

We are looking for someone with

• 1–2 years of experience in project management, client success, or a related role — preferably within supply chain, training, or SaaS.
• Experience in creating educational content in the edtech or e-learning space (desired).
• Knowledge of supply chain sustainability and/or human rights frameworks (e.g. UNGPs, CSRD/CSDDD) is an advantage.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A data-driven mindset and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Tech-savviness and the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in an additional language is a plus.
• A genuine passion for responsible business and social impact.
