Job Description

In the role of HR Partner, you will be part of a team of three other colleagues and report to the HR Director Sweden. In this role, you will work closely with the business leaders, coaching them in a consultative and supportive manner in their roles.

You will work with, among other things:

• Handling employment law issues and collective bargaining negotiations
• Systematic work environment management
• Coaching and leadership development
• Participate in and drive annual/ongoing HR processes (e.g., employee surveys, contact with external payroll provider, salary mapping, salary review)
• Participate in global projects

The role will be broad and span the entire HR spectrum, with many contact points. If you are driven by a varied, development-oriented, and coaching role within HR, then this is the right opportunity for you.

The person we are looking for for this role likely has an academic degree in HR/personnel science and has accumulated at least five years of experience in broad HR work. You are confident in yourself and your competence and are accustomed to applying a coaching approach towards leaders. Furthermore, you are familiar with applying employment law and find it easy to read and interpret collective agreements, as well as being independent in collective bargaining negotiations. You are also accustomed to handling various personnel matters.

Most importantly for us are your personal qualities, and we are looking for you who are a natural team player and want to share and contribute knowledge. You are curious, flexible, and pragmatic in your approach. We also see that you have strong communication skills and find it easy to build trust with the business managers. It is an advantage if you have experience working with the independent school agreement.

This is a maternity leave cover position starting in November 2026 for approximately 1 year with the possibility of extension.

You will be given significant responsibility, and your contribution will make a difference in creating and giving all leaders the right conditions for the best possible education, where children feel valuable and parents feel secure.

Selection and interviews will be handled on an ongoing basis starting in August.
