This role combines recruitment, operational HR work, and business development. You will be responsible for attracting and recruiting new employees, supporting the organization with personnel-related matters, and ensuring that the company's HR processes function efficiently and professionally.

You will become a key internal contact point for both managers and employees, with the opportunity to influence how the company approaches talent acquisition, employee development, and HR-related processes moving forward.

Recruitment

• Develop job profiles in collaboration with the business units
• Manage advertising and candidate attraction
• Identify new recruitment channels and develop employer branding
• Conduct phone screenings and initial interviews
• Coordinate recruitment processes and present candidates to hiring managers
• Conduct reference checks and background checks
• Manage employment contracts and onboarding

Operational HR Work

• Support managers and employees with personnel-related issues
• Ensure that HR administration, insurance, and personnel documentation are handled correctly
• Work with employee development and follow-ups
• Contribute to strengthening company culture, engagement, and well-being
• Prepare materials and processes related to salary reviews and budget proposals for salary negotiations in collaboration with our finance manager.
• Contribute to the development of modern and efficient HR processes
• Identify the business's needs and translate them into new routines, working methods, and functions.

• Has several years of documented experience in recruitment and operational HR work
• Is accustomed to driving processes independently from start to finish
• Has experience supporting managers in personnel matters
• Has good knowledge of labor law and HR processes
• Thrives in a broad role where you can combine people, processes, and development
• Enjoys being close to the business, thrives with many contact points, and is comfortable representing the company both internally and externally.
