Are you an experienced Payroll Specialist who thrives with a high degree of autonomy and wants to take full ownership of the payroll process in a dynamic organization? Then this might be the right role for you!
This is initially a consulting assignment starting immediately, with good opportunities for the right candidate to transition into a direct employment.
About the Role
Our client is now looking for a Payroll Specialist for a central and independent role responsible for approximately 250 payroll runs in an organization with around 200 employees. You will work in a smaller company where breadth of skills, initiative, and self-leadership are crucial.
Responsibilities
- Take full responsibility for the entire payroll process from start to finish.
- Ensure correct handling of approximately 200 full-time employees and around 50 on-call/contract employees.
- Interpret and apply complex collective agreements, primarily white-collar agreements and the Transport Agreement.
- Work in a system-intensive environment using multiple parallel tools.
- Contribute to improvements and efficiency gains in processes and working methods.
Qualifications
- Several years of experience in qualified payroll work with overall responsibility.
- Experience with Hogia Lön+ and Hogia PA (mandatory).
- Experience with Flex HRM Time & Travel is a plus.
- Proficient in working in complex system environments.
- Experience with and a good understanding of collective agreements.
