The Opportunity

As a Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM Consultant at EY, you will become a key player in transformation projects where business, technology, and strategy meet. Here, you do more than just implement solutions – you help define how our clients will work in the future. This role involves acting as a central link between business operations and IT, contributing insights on how technology can create business value and improve working methods.

Responsibilities

You will work in projects focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and contribute to various parts of the delivery, such as:

• Leading workshops that shape future business processes and decision-making foundations
• Analyzing needs and developing improvement proposals
• Designing and configuring solutions that create increased efficiency and business value
• Defining requirements for integrations and customizations in complex system landscapes
• Collaborating with colleagues in areas such as change management, IT, and business development
• Taking an active role in developing our Dynamics 365 offering
• Participating in presales and contributing to building upon our strong offering

Skills and Characteristics for Success

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance and/or SCM)
• Experience with business processes and business understanding
• Experience working in projects
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with end-to-end implementations of business systems
• Background in finance/accounting or supply chain
• Experience from a consulting role
• Experience with integration solutions or technical configurations
