We are now looking for an experienced and professional Executive Assistant for one of our insurance clients. This is an interim assignment starting in August.

As Executive Assistant, you will be a close support to the CEO and the executive management team in their daily work. The role requires high integrity, strong self-drive, and the ability to handle multiple parallel tasks in a changing environment. You are accustomed to working independently, creating structure, and ensuring that the management's work functions efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Provide qualified administrative and coordinating support to the CEO and executive management.
  • Manage calendars, meeting planning, and coordination of activities.
  • Prepare materials, presentations, and documentation for meetings.
  • Coordinate information and communication between different functions and stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential information with high professionalism and discretion.
  • Contribute to the development and streamlining of administrative processes and working methods.
  • Work with digital tools and AI support to streamline administrative work.

Qualifications

Requirements

  • High school education.
  • Documented experience as an Executive Assistant, Management Assistant, or similar qualified assistant role.
  • Very good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
  • Very good knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
  • Very good knowledge of the Office suite.
  • Good familiarity with digital tools and AI-based aids.
  • Experience handling confidential information and working with multiple parallel tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education in administration, economics, communication, social sciences, or other relevant fields.
  • Experience working closely with executive management or steering groups.
  • Experience in communication, coordination, or business development.
