Then the position of Personal Injury Adjuster at Protector Insurance might be the right fit for you! In this role, you will investigate and settle personal injury claims through claims adjustment based on policy terms and tort law. You are responsible for your own cases from notification to decision, working systematically with a focus on quality, progress, and good service. You have daily contact with individuals affected by injury, policyholders, representatives, and other parties involved in claim cases, where your ability to communicate clearly and professionally becomes crucial. Your responsibilities include, for example:

• Independently investigate and settle accident injuries for both adults and children
• Work with claims adjustment based on insurance terms and tort law
• Evaluate entitlement to compensation, causation, and medical disability based on medical documentation
• Ensure cost-effective claims adjustment and work towards set goals and KPIs
• Provide professional service and clear communication via phone, email, and letter
• Drive the entire claims process from notification to decision
• Contribute to team development and knowledge sharing

Profile

We are looking for someone who is driven, disciplined, and thrives in a role where you can work independently and take responsibility. You enjoy a fast pace, work systematically, and are motivated by achieving results and developing over time. We believe you are at the beginning of your career and have a strong service mindset. You have likely worked in a service-oriented role previously where you are accustomed to taking responsibility, treating people professionally, and delivering with quality. Furthermore, we would appreciate if you have an academic education from a university or college, or FEI certification, but this is not a requirement. To succeed in this role, we believe you:
