As a Recruitment Assistant, you will support our recruiters in the recruitment process. A large part of the work will consist of conducting phone interviews with candidates. You will also assist in other parts of the recruitment process, such as designing and publishing job ads, screening incoming applications, conducting interviews, and checking references. The recruitment work primarily targets positions within various levels of retail, warehousing and logistics, industry, and transport.

You will be part of a great team that plays a very important role at Job&Talent. We strive to deliver quality to all our customers, and recruitment is a key driver within the company.

The role is structured so that you belong to the team and are based in Stockholm. We also work remotely directed towards other parts of the organization, for example, together with our colleagues in Gothenburg and Malmö.

Working hours are scheduled on weekdays during office hours, 08:00–17:00. We expect you to want and be able to work approximately 2 days/week during the semester.

The role will primarily be based at our office in Solna Strand, Stockholm. There are also opportunities to work from home when needed.

The start date for the role is mid-August.

We are looking for you who are a student and want a rewarding part-time job alongside your studies. It is advantageous if you are studying Human Resources, Behavioral Science, or similar, and have at least 1.5 years left of your studies. You have a strong interest in the staffing and recruitment industry and see it as a future career area.

However, it is absolutely most important to us that you have a genuine interest in people, recruitment, and that you want to develop within the field. We are looking for you who can bring energy and curiosity to our team!

• Are self-motivated, detail-oriented, and structured
• Have a pronounced sense of service and enjoy talking to people
• Enjoy working at a fast pace with high flexibility
• Are willing to roll up your sleeves when needed

Requirements for the role:

• Studying at least 50%, preferably education within HR/Human Resources or other relevant education
• Valid driver's license (Category B)

Emphasis will also be placed on your other personal qualities.
