About the role As a receptionist, you will become an important part of the daily service at the office. You will work independently with varied tasks where it is important that you are detail-oriented, responsible, and have an eye for detail.

This is a long-term assignment where we are looking for someone who can work every Friday, starting immediately!

Responsibilities Your main responsibilities will include:

• Handling incoming emails and mail
• Receiving and handling deliveries
• Staffing the switchboard and answering incoming calls
• Greeting visitors and providing professional hospitality
• Touring the office to ensure common areas are presentable
• Washing dishes and keeping order in the kitchen and common areas
• Preparing meeting rooms for meetings
• Ordering coffee and lunch as needed
• Ensuring the office maintains a high service level

• Has previous experience working in reception, office services, or similar roles
• Is detail-oriented, structured, and responsible
• Has a high service spirit and enjoys helping others
• Is professional in your interactions and thrives in being the company's face
• Enjoys working independently and taking initiative

Working hours and scope

• Working hours: Fridays 08:00–15:00
• Scope: Fixed part-time, every Friday
• Start: Immediately
