Do you have extensive experience with the HR system Heartpace and have you been involved in its implementation or further development previously?

We are now looking for an experienced Heartpace consultant for one of Sweden's leading companies within sustainable transport and logistics solutions.

The company is in the midst of a comprehensive digital development journey and is currently implementing a new HR system (Heartpace) and payroll system (SD Worx). To strengthen the HR team during implementation, we are now looking for a consultant who wants to take on the role of internal specialist and superuser during a transition period.

This is a consultancy assignment of approximately six months where you will play a central role in a project with significant impact on the business.

In the role, you will among other things:

• Act as superuser and specialist within Heartpace.
• Support the HR team during the implementation and testing phase.
• Ensure that the system's functions are used to the best of their ability.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to the further development of the system.
• Function as a support to the business in matters related to Heartpace.
• Collaborate closely with HR, the project group, and other internal stakeholders.

To succeed in the role, we believe you:

• Have very good experience with Heartpace.
• Have been involved in one or more implementations or major developments of Heartpace.
• Are accustomed to working as a superuser or systems specialist within HR systems.
• Have a good understanding of HR processes and how they are supported by digital systems.
• Communicate fluently in Swedish and English.

Experience with SD Worx or other payroll systems is an advantage.
