About the role

As an employee, you represent Hornbach and serve as a role model in terms of engagement, drive, and customer service. In this role at our project and service center, you will be centrally located in the store to assist and guide customers.

Example of duties

• Handle customer orders, special orders, and tradesperson services
• Order consumable materials
• Manage incoming emails and customer inquiries
• Administer financing solutions
• Monitor and administer customer orders
• Plan, book, and coordinate home deliveries for our customers

Your profile

• Upper secondary education or equivalent, along with retail experience
• Experience in customer service or other service roles
• Good administrative skills
• Stress-resistant, detail-oriented, and a strong team player
• Detail-oriented and solution-focused
• Merits include having a forklift license (A1-A4 & B1-B4) and a Category B driver's license

Working hours/Duration: Fixed-term contract (vacancy replacement). Part-time, 30 hours/week. Scheduled shifts during the day, evening, and every other weekend.

Salary: Salary according to collective agreement.
