About the Role

We are currently looking for two motivated economics students for a long-term part-time position with a well-known Swedish company in the financial services sector.

You will become part of the finance department and will support the team where the need is greatest. The role is broad and varied, meaning you will have the opportunity to work with several parts of the finance function while learning about the business and developing your understanding of financial processes.

The work covers approximately two days per week during the terms, and you are expected to be able to work more during the summer and other longer study breaks.

What You Will Do

The tasks vary depending on the business's needs, but may include:

• Supporting the team within Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
• Assisting with invoicing and other administrative tasks.
• Relieving the finance department during peak periods.
• Working in the company's business systems and contributing to efficient workflows.
• Participating in improvement work and providing ideas regarding processes and systems.

We Are Looking For

• Someone studying a post-secondary education in economics with at least two years remaining of their studies.
• Someone who can work approximately two days a week during the terms.
• Someone who has the possibility to work more during the summer and other longer study breaks.
• Someone who speaks and writes fluently in Swedish and has good knowledge of English.

We would appreciate if you also have:

• Previous work experience.
• An interest in Excel and administrative processes.
• A technical interest and enjoy working in various systems.
• Curiosity about digital tools and AI, such as ChatGPT.
