About the Role

We are looking for two experienced and business-driven recruiters who want to take full responsibility for recruiting qualified specialist roles within IT, engineering, technology, and HR.

In this role, you combine strategic advisory with operational recruitment and work closely with hiring managers to ensure the organization's talent supply. You drive recruitment processes through the entire lifecycle, work proactively with search, sourcing, and candidate networking, and act as a strategic partner in matters concerning talent attraction, the candidate market, and workforce planning.

With a strong focus on quality, candidate experience, and business value, you contribute to attracting and securing the competence the business needs to achieve its goals.

Responsibilities

  • Take responsibility for recruiting and staffing specialist and managerial roles.
  • Drive processes from needs analysis to appointment and follow-up.
  • Work actively with search, sourcing, and market mapping.
  • Conduct competency-based interviews and candidate assessments.
  • Present candidates and advise clients on recruitment and staffing matters.
  • Build and develop networks within IT, engineering, technology, and HR in Stockholm and surrounding areas.
  • Ensure high quality and a positive experience for both clients and candidates.
  • Contribute with market insights and advice regarding workforce planning.

About You

We are looking for you who are an experienced recruiter with a strong business focus and a genuine interest in creating value for both clients and candidates. You thrive in a role where you get to combine strategic thinking with operational work, build long-term relationships, and drive recruitment processes from start to finish.

To succeed in the role, we see that you:

  • Have at least five years of experience in qualified recruitment, search, or talent acquisition.
  • Have experience recruiting within IT, engineering, technology, and/or HR.
  • Have experience in staffing and/or consulting solutions.
  • Are strong in sourcing, candidate attraction, and relationship building.
  • Have a commercial mindset and are driven by results.
  • Are accustomed to taking full ownership of your processes and deliverables.

Application

We offer a consulting position until the turn of the year with a good chance of extension. We receive applications on an ongoing basis, with selection taking place continuously during the summer, taking into account vacation and leave periods. Expected start date is no later than August 17.
