Job Description:

Job Pitch

Are you looking for a developmental part-time job (20%) alongside your studies or another commitment? We are now looking for a new colleague to join the Talent Development & Learning team! If you are a communicative, detail-oriented, and service-minded team player, this could be the perfect challenge for you.

Your Role

As our new HR Administrator, you will become an important support pillar in the work of developing our employees. Together with the rest of the team, you will support the follow-up and quality assurance of our introductions and training programs. You act as a key link to the business by compiling and reporting data that gives the organization the best possible conditions for success.

Your days with us will be filled with tasks such as:

  • following up on our processes within training, Onboarding, and Talent Management,
  • handling bookings and participant lists for internal and external training,
  • following up on participation and evaluations of training, as well as reporting,
  • continuously supporting the team with system administration in SuccessFactors Learning, as well as work in Excel and Google Sheets/Slides,
  • guiding managers and employees and answering incoming questions to the team.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is studying HR or has equivalent work experience in administration. You are computer and system savvy and have good knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets/Slides, where advanced knowledge in areas such as macros is a plus. We also view it as very positive if you have worked with a Learning Management System or with training administration.

Furthermore, we believe that you:

  • are motivated by administrative work and have a good ability to prioritize and organize your tasks,
  • are detail-oriented, structured, and enjoy working independently to follow established concepts and processes,
  • have a high service spirit and are responsive in your interactions with managers and employees,
  • are a skilled communicator in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing,
  • are unpretentious and enjoy being part of a team where people help each other to achieve common goals.

What We Offer

For us, it is important that our employees thrive - in every way. Therefore, we offer work in an environment characterized by our core values: performance, respect, trust, down-to-earth attitude, and community. Since we are growing, you can grow. Quickly. Within your role, or towards another. In the same place, or somewhere else. In the store, warehouse, or office. Locally, nationally, or globally. We support you on your journey towards more responsibility and new challenges.

You will become part of a large team where everyone rolls up their sleeves and helps out. Sometimes you will find us at our state-of-the-art headquarters, where we have access to a gym and lovely discounted prices in the restaurant. But of course, we are also a flexible workplace with the possibility of hybrid work. You receive everything from wellness benefits, parental allowance supplements, and employee discounts in our stores to free counseling from psychologists, lawyers, and economists, as well as numerous offers via our benefits portal. Of course, you are also covered by collective agreements and a pension plan. We enable fair pay within the company through a non-discriminatory pay system. For union-related questions, please contact the local union club via email: [email protected].
