Do you want to help shape the experience at one of Stockholm's most exclusive co-working arenas? We are now looking for a Receptionist & Arena Host who wants to take a central role in the daily life at Arena Sergel.

About Arena Sergel

The flagship Arena Sergel is centrally located at Sergels torg in Stockholm and spans three floors. Here you will find 150 flexible workspaces, 20 conference and meeting rooms, 10 arena offices, lounges, and a magical rooftop terrace with stunning views of Stockholm. At the Arena, there is a strong focus on service and well-being. All materials are carefully selected, and with the help of sound, light, and scent, they have created a workplace for everyone to thrive in. Smart technology and functionality are the keywords, and every space is designed to provide new impressions.

The on-site team currently consists of a Site Manager and three Arena Hosts, and we are now looking for a service-oriented and driven host who wants to become part of our engaged team.

About the Role

As a Receptionist / Arena Host, you are the hub of operations. You create flow in everyday life, set the tone in meetings with our members and guests, and actively contribute to the holistic experience that sets Arena Sergel apart from other co-working environments.

The role combines service, coordination, and relationship building. You have a handle on the details, stay one step ahead, and ensure everything runs smoothly, from the first greeting to the last impression.

You will work in close collaboration with both a Site Manager and other colleagues in the same role, creating a dynamic and collaborative work environment. Together, you ensure that the environment is always welcoming and that the service maintains the highest level.

Examples of tasks:

  • Be the first point of contact for members, customers, and visitors
  • Ensure professional and welcoming daily operations of the reception
  • Coordinate conferences, meetings, and external guests
  • Manage bookings, member communication, and administrative tasks related to co-working
  • Support during viewings and actively participate in the dialogue with prospective members
  • Closely collaborate with the team to develop service, flows, and the on-site experience.

We are looking for someone who

You thrive when you get to take responsibility, meet people, and juggle many threads without losing quality or calm. You have a natural business-like demeanor and are confident in representing a premium brand.

  • Work independently, are meticulous, and have a genuine sense for service
  • You thrive in a role where the pace may vary depending on the guest and daily needs
  • Have an eye for detail and see what needs to be done before anyone asks for it
  • You are solution-oriented and responsible, with the ability to make decisions and maintain structure even when the pace is high
  • Speak and write fluently in Swedish and English
  • You have previous experience in hotels, reception, co-working, or conference operations (meritorious)
  • Have good technical understanding, especially regarding conference technology, digital booking systems, and Office programs (meritorious)

About the position:

Scope: Full-time. Start immediately.

Working hours: Monday–Friday, regular working hours are scheduled between 07:30–17:30, but evening work may occur.

Employment: You will be employed by Carotte Staff and hired out to Vasakronan at Arena Sergel.
