Are you an experienced Payroll Administrator who thrives in an international environment where quality, structure, and service are in focus? We are currently looking for a Payroll Administrator for an exciting consulting assignment with an innovative company in Stockholm. Here you will play a central role in ensuring a correct and efficient payroll process while contributing to the development and improvement of working methods.
About the roleAs a Payroll Administrator, you are responsible for supporting the complete payroll process from start to finish. You work closely with employees, managers, internal functions, and external partners to ensure that payroll management is carried out correctly, efficiently, and in accordance with current laws and guidelines.
In addition to daily payroll tasks, you will contribute to quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvements of processes and routines.
Your responsibilities- 💰 Manage and administer the entire payroll process from beginning to end.
- ✅ Ensure that salaries are paid correctly and on time.
- 🤝 Provide support and advice to employees and managers on payroll-related matters.
- 🔄 Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient processes.
- 📑 Work with quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and documentation.
- 📈 Identify and drive improvements within payroll administration and working methods.
- Several years of experience working independently within payroll administration.
- Good knowledge of the entire payroll process and Swedish regulations related to payroll.
- Experience working in a larger organization or international environment is an advantage.
- Good system proficiency and ease in adapting to new digital tools.
- Very good knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
You are a meticulous and structured person with an eye for detail. At the same time, you have a high service level and enjoy collaborating with many different contacts. You are solution-oriented, responsible, and motivated by creating efficient processes with high quality.
Practical details:- 📌 Location: Stockholm
- 🕒 Scope: Full-time 100%
- 🏢 Work model: Hybrid – 3 days in the office per week
- 📅 Start: August 24, 2026, or as agreed
- ⏳ Assignment duration: Until December 31, 2026, with possibility of extension.
