As Customer Experience Manager, you will be responsible for the customer experience at the facility. Here you will work in an environment characterized by warm customer interactions, teamwork, and a high level of service mindset. You are the first person customers meet and play a vital role in creating a professional and welcoming first impression. You guide customers to the right department, identify their needs, and ensure they receive the right assistance.
In this role, you will work closely with your immediate team as well as other departments, such as sales, delivery, and the service department, and may support at different facilities as needed.
Europeiska Motor has facilities in Rissne, Täby, Vällingby, and Arlandastad. The position is primarily based at our facilities in Rissne, Täby, and Arlandastad, but work at other locations may occur as needed.
This is a part-time position, making the role perfect to combine with studies or other employment.
Job Description
The role is varied and combines customer service with administrative and practical tasks. Among other things, you will:
- Welcome customers, understand their needs, and ensure they connect with the right department or salesperson for the best possible experience.
- Answer incoming calls and handle several shared mailboxes
- Administer test drive and loan agreements
- Manage keys and perform key checks
- Inventory and order office, coffee, and consumable materials
- Be responsible for coffee machines
- Handle vehicle refueling, charging, repositioning, and system bookings
Your Profile

We also look for:
- A B-driver's license (automatic transmission car is sufficient)
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Experience from service professions such as reception, retail, hotel, or other customer-facing operations is meritorious
The Offer
You will be employed by Barona with additional benefits via collective agreement. The position is part-time, with work primarily scheduled for weekends, although weekday shifts may occur as needed. Weekend working hours are typically between 11:00–15:00, while weekday shifts may range from 09:00–18:00. We strive to offer flexible scheduling solutions and adapt working hours to your circumstances as much as possible.
The role is particularly suitable for you who are studying or have another main occupation and are looking for flexible part-time work on the side. During your introduction, you will receive training in service and the customer's products to give you the best conditions for success in the role.
The planned start for the position is during weeks 32-33, and the salary is between 140 and 150 SEK per hour.
