Mullebo Preschool is a parent cooperative located in the scenic area of Flabäck, Lindome. The facility operates in a villa adapted to the needs of the preschool. The outdoor environment features a varied playground and garden spanning 1,500 square meters, situated in a quiet and undisturbed location with immediate access to nature excursions. The staff consists of two preschool teachers, two childcare assistants, and a few substitute teachers.

The children's group comprises one department for children aged 1–5 years, with approximately 20 places. There is a strong emphasis on spending time outdoors in all weather conditions.

We are currently looking for you who want to work as a childcare assistant with us. No prior experience is required, as we provide on-site training and supervision.

We believe you are at least 18 years old, positive, flexible, and patient. You should be able to remain calm and reassuring, demonstrating clarity in your actions. Your primary focus is on the well-being of the children, ensuring they have a positive experience at the preschool. You maintain a respectful and positive attitude towards children, parents, and colleagues.

This is a part-time position, Monday to Friday, totaling 24 hours per week. The start date is mid-August, and the contract runs until the end of 2026, with good prospects for extension and permanent employment. There may be opportunities to work more than 60% during certain periods if desired, but this is not a requirement. Salary is determined according to the collective agreement.
