At Alma Assistans, we are currently looking for hourly substitutes for one of our clients in Tranemo.

About the Role

As a personal assistant, you will work in a family environment where it is important that you can take initiative and see what needs to be done in the home. At the same time, you need to be attentive and respectful so that the family has the space to just be a family.

The work involves assisting a man in his 40s with extensive physical care needs. The client can describe his needs himself and how he wishes the assistance to be performed. The home has all necessary aids and the residence is adapted to his needs.

Your Qualifications

• Previous experience working in healthcare or elderly care is an advantage.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Access to a car is an advantage.
• You live in or near Tranemo and have easy access to the workplace.

Working Hours

The approximate working hours are as follows:

• Day shift: 07:30–16:15
• Evening/Night: 16:00–09:15 (including 7.5 hours on-call)

The schedule will be evaluated continuously together with the client and assistants and may therefore be adjusted in the future.

Employment Type

The position is an hourly contract on an as-needed basis, but there is a chance for a permanent shift schedule in the future. Recruitment is ongoing.
