About the Job
ACT (Assertive Community Treatment) Gothenburg is a collaboration between the South West Social Services and Psychiatry Psychosis at Sahlgrenska University Hospital. Here, you will have the opportunity to work together with colleagues from social services and specialist psychiatry to support individuals with complex psychosocial challenges.
At ACT, you will have the opportunity to work in a coordinating role and drive support and the client's social situation forward together with the client. The municipal effort is carried out on behalf of social services and is documented in Treserva. You will become a key link in helping the individual to connect with various actors within the social safety net, such as social services, probation, healthcare, but also with relatives. The work is based at the reception environment at Järntorget 8, but also involves outreach work in the person's immediate environment, whether at home, in temporary accommodation, or on the city's streets and squares. The work is conducted based on the Resource Group-ACT model, and you will be offered support and guidance to work according to this model. Through our diverse professional backgrounds, we offer a holistic view of the user's needs together with specialist psychiatry. We can also offer individualized support to help people into working life (IPS).

About You
The basic requirement for the position is that you are a trained social worker, or alternatively have at least a three-year higher education/university degree that the employer deems equivalent. You also need to have experience working with complex social issues, for example with people with substance abuse issues combined with psychosocial problems. Having a B-class driver's license is a requirement for the position.
Experience from case management within authority-exercising social services is meritorious. We also consider experience from working with the methods R-ACT, Motivational Interviewing, Low-Affective Handling, and Relapse Prevention to be meritorious.
As a person, you have the ability to change your attitude and working methods when things change; you orient yourself and move forward independently within the framework of your assignment. You show the ability to adapt your approach in the way that the situation and person require, and you show the ability to collaborate and cooperate with others, even in pressured situations and when you have different starting points. You show the ability to maintain sufficient structure in your cases, even when unexpected situations arise.
During the interview, we will also ask you to give examples of how you have acted in different situations related to the personal competencies we are looking for.

The intended salary range for the position is 34,000 - 45,000 SEK per month. The salary is based on a combined assessment of your education, experience, and competencies you bring into the role.
