You act as a support for the staff group and have an important competence-building role in the work with implementation plans, support descriptions, and summaries. As a support pedagogue, you play a central role in the quality development and systematic improvement work of the operations. You have a supervisory role towards colleagues and collaborate closely with the unit manager. You have an understanding of the organizational context and can adapt easily.
You are part of a network together with other pedagogues led by a method developer and a support pedagogue with a special mobile assignment. You are responsible for planning and leading the operations' workplace meetings, where the unit manager also participates.
An important part of your assignment is to collaborate with key persons in the tenants' network to ensure they receive good care, support, and service.
The position involves that part of the working time is allocated as pedagogical time, but you also work close to the operations. The position includes working on delegation from the patient responsible nurse in accordance with the Health and Medical Services Act.
The working hours are mainly during the day, but evenings and weekends may occur if needed. The operation's needs and your preferences form the basis for the schedule setup. We use Time Care planning and have adjustable base schedules.

As a person, you take responsibility for your own and the group's work tasks. You think about those we are there for and adapt your communication to the recipient and situation. You are pleasant and helpful to others even in a stressful situation. You work to ensure that the tenants receive the support they need. You are attentive and open to understanding other people's needs, feelings, and opinions. You are driven by challenges and learn from setbacks.
