Tibro Municipality is looking for personal assistants to join our team of seven dedicated employees within the social services.

Main responsibilities:

As a personal assistant, you help with daily tasks and activities that add value to life. You will also work with more advanced care procedures such as handling ventilators, PEG tubes, tracheostomies, suctioning, and cough-assist machines – all based on current self-care decisions.

To thrive in this role, we look for:

• Education in nursing/care
• Interest in advanced healthcare
• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written

Previous experience with ventilators, PEG tubes, tracheostomies, suctioning, or cough-assist machines is an advantage. As a person, you are secure, humble, empathetic, and clear in your approach, with a genuine commitment to healthcare.

Before you start, you will receive an introduction, hospital-based training in relevant areas, and shadowing alongside experienced colleagues. If the position also includes municipal primary care, you will additionally receive training in medication management and supervision from the municipality's nurses.
