We are currently looking for personal assistants for a woman living centrally in Alingsås. As an assistant, you will become an important part of her daily life and contribute to security, independence, and joy of life.

Your responsibilities include providing support in daily life, including helping with:

• Personal care and hygiene
• Meals and daily routines
• Activities, exercise, and social gatherings
• Accompanying to work, meetings, and other errands

Working hours vary and include days, evenings, weekends, as well as nights with sleeping on-call duty.

We are looking for you who are:

• Happy, positive, and responsible
• Attentive and respectful in interactions with others
• Flexible and confident in working independently
• Engaged and willing to learn new things

Experience in personal assistance is an advantage, but not a requirement. The most important thing for us is your personality, your engagement, and your desire to make a difference.

We would prefer that you:

• Can start relatively soon
• Have the possibility to work on an as-needed basis
• Can work more during the summer period

The position requires delegation according to the guidelines of Alingsås Municipality. Since the delegation process can be time-consuming, it is important that you can start it promptly after employment. We are therefore looking for you who are motivated to complete necessary training and delegations as soon as possible.
