About the position
Personal assistance is a support measure under the LSS Act (Act on Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments). In your role as a personal assistant, you will primarily help the customer with everything that arises in daily life as well as with basic needs. Your work involves safeguarding the customer's self-determination and integrity, and contributing to a smooth daily routine. Each assistance assignment is uniquely adapted to the customer's life, so tasks may vary depending on the workplace.
Who are you?
The role of personal assistant places high demands on the ability to build good relationships. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is sensitive, engaged, and responsible. It is also important that you can take initiative and see what needs to be done. To thrive as a personal assistant, it is important that there is good personal chemistry between you as the assistant and the customer.
We are looking for someone who:
wants to work for our female customer in her 70s, residing in Nygård
has very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
has experience working as a personal assistant
holds a manual B driver's license, as you will be driving the customer's car
has a car to commute to work
It is also an advantage if you:
share the customer's interests such as gardening, traveling, walking, and excursions
Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
Working hours, degree of employment, and salary:
The current form of employment is "Fixed-term contract" with an employment degree of approximately 50%. The fixed-term contract runs from mid-August 2026 to mid-June 2027. Working hours are scheduled 08:00–18:00 according to the following 4-week schedule:
Week 1: Wednesday and Thursday
Week 2: Wednesday and Thursday
Week 3: Tuesday and Wednesday
Week 4: Tuesday and Wednesday
Fixed hourly wage by agreement and other benefits are paid according to the collective agreement.
Start date: By agreement
