Welcome to Solgårdens Friförskola and after-school center in Edsvära, Vara Municipality. Our association-driven activity is located in a peaceful rural area with close proximity to nature.

We are currently looking for a Childcare Worker!

At Solgården, our staff possess varying qualifications, competencies, and experience. We constantly strive to ensure that our activity is safe, fun, and educational for all our students and children – always!

Solgården has a wonderful outdoor yard where children learn through interest and physical challenges. Nature is located nearby, which we utilize frequently.

Who are you?

We are looking for a childcare worker who, together with colleagues, will develop the activity and offer a meaningful and developmental preschool environment in accordance with curricula and other guiding documents.

You are secure and professional in your interactions with children, guardians, and colleagues. You have a holistic perspective with the child at the center, the ability to focus on goals, and the drive to work until results are achieved.
