Job Description

We are looking for a full-time personal assistant for a man with autism. It is important that you are a secure and stable person. Working as a personal assistant means performing your duties in the client's home. He has multiple disabilities, which means he needs support with many daily activities, both day and night. Excellent knowledge of Swedish is required for this position.

Qualifications

To ensure we work well together, you must be attentive, calm, and curious. The individual requires full care support, and you must be able to work independently. The person communicates primarily through body language. To ensure mutual understanding, it is important that you speak clearly. Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities, particularly in areas of distraction management and structure, is a plus. We also appreciate if you enjoy organizing activities such as swimming and walks.
