Hourly Substitute for Personal Assistance in Mölndal

We are the formal employer for assistants, have educational activities, and provide advice and support to supervisors and assistants. We are affiliated with Fremia and have signed the applicable collective agreement.
The client is a 78-year-old woman. It is important to enjoy working with people, be loyal, and reliable. The personal chemistry between the client and the assistant is crucial. The client is active. You will follow the client in and outside the home. There is a dog and a cat in the home. The tasks include hygiene and operating a lift. Being alert and reliable is appreciated.
Interest in gardening and cultivation is appreciated.
A driver's license is a requirement.
The shifts are scheduled 8-16 and 18-23 on weekdays, and 9-14 and 18-23 on weekends.
We are looking for hourly substitutes who can step in as needed.
The client lives in Mölndal.
