About Nya Tag

Nya Tag is part of Evidra Omsorg and offers treatment and support to men with harmful substance use, addiction issues, co-occurring disorders, criminality, or other social difficulties. Our clients are between 21 and 59 years old, and our treatment is based on evidence-based methods rooted in CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and milieu therapy.

We operate in both Hunnebostrand and Surte. In Surte, we also have a Supported Housing unit as part of the clients' rehabilitation and path toward increased independence. The facility is licensed by the Swedish Inspectorate of Care and Support (IVO) and works according to high demands for quality, documentation, and treatment results.

We are currently looking for hourly substitute staff who want to be part of our work supporting and motivating men on their journey toward a life free from addiction and substance abuse.

The Role

As a therapist with us, you work closely with our clients in their daily lives. You serve as a support in the change process, working based on individual implementation plans and set goals. Duties include, but are not limited to, motivational interviewing, practical support, social skills training, activities, documentation, and collaboration with various stakeholders regarding the client.

Working hours are varied and may include days, evenings, weekends, and on-call duties.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is secure, stable, and has a genuine interest in people and change work. You have a professional attitude, good teamwork skills, and the ability to build trusting relationships.

We prefer that you have experience working within addiction care, psychiatry, residential care facilities (HVB), social work, or similar operations. You are flexible, responsible, and able to handle challenging situations in a calm and respectful manner.

Other Requirements

A valid Class B driver's license is required.

Educational Requirements

We are looking for someone who has ongoing or completed post-secondary education in social work, social pedagogy, behavioral science, treatment pedagogy, or another education that the employer deems equivalent.
