We are currently seeking female hourly substitute assistants for our client, a 17-year-old girl who is cheerful and playful. She has Cerebral Pares and thrives when she can be herself.

In her free time, she enjoys going out for coffee, swimming, and taking various outings. To participate in these activities and daily life, she requires support and assistive devices.

She has significant mobility impairments and therefore needs several assistive devices, such as a ceiling lift, standing aids, specially adapted chairs, and various communication aids. As an assistant, you will receive thorough on-the-job training to learn how to handle these devices safely and confidently.

Your role as an assistant is to support her in the activities she enjoys, both at home and out in the community. You will also accompany her on outings and visits to, for example, habilitation services, orthopedic technology clinics, and the assistive technology center.

It is important that you are a positive, secure, and calm person who is solution-focused and driven.

About the Working Hours

We are looking for someone who can work various shifts: mornings, days, evenings, and occasionally nights with sleeping on-call duty. Some days may involve split shifts where you work both morning and afternoon/evening shifts. Most of the time involves double assistance, but there are times when you will work alone.

Requirements

A valid driver's license and access to a car are required, as this is necessary to travel to the client's residence. The client has an adapted car (automatic transmission) which you will drive her in to medical appointments and leisure activities.

Before you begin working independently, you will receive comprehensive on-the-job training to ensure we can provide the best possible care and support.
