We are looking for a female assistant for a temporary position with our client, a 17-year-old cheerful and playful girl with cerebral palsy.

In her free time, she enjoys going out for coffee, swimming, and taking various excursions.

She has significant mobility difficulties and therefore requires several assistive devices, such as a ceiling hoist, standing aids, specially adapted chairs, and various communication aids. As an assistant, you will receive thorough shadowing (on-the-job training) to learn how to handle these.

As an assistant, you will support her in the activities she enjoys, both at home and out. You will also accompany her on excursions and visits to, for example, habilitation services, orthopedic technical clinics, and the assistive device center.

It is important that you, as a candidate, are a positive, secure, and calm person who is solution-focused and driven.

It is important that you have a driver's license and access to a car, as this is needed to travel to where the client lives. Additionally, the client has an adapted car (automatic transmission) that you will drive her in for medical appointments and leisure activities.

We are looking for you who can work various types of shifts: morning, day, evening, and occasionally night with sleeping on-call duty. Some days may involve split shifts, working morning and afternoon/evening. Most of the time involves double assistance, but there are times when you work alone as an assistant. The schedule is a rolling four-week roster.

The position is a temporary contract for two months starting from 2026-08-10, with a possibility of extension. Shadowing in the form of hourly employment is offered before the position officially begins.
