RESPONSIBILITIES

The position is located at our service housing, which is an effort within the LSS Act (The Support and Service Act for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments).

As a Support Pedagogue, you will, together with the rest of the work group, develop working methods and approaches to give users participation, influence, and greater self-determination based on each individual user's needs. Therefore, your personal commitment and your ability to work in a user-oriented manner are central to us.

You provide support to your colleagues in the preparation of implementation plans and social documentation. You are a knowledge resource and a role model in pedagogical work and interaction.

The position involves both work in the operations and an administrative part.

Familiarity with the target group and the ability to have a respectful approach to the individual's integrity are of great importance.

QUALIFICATIONS

You have a degree from a Vocational Higher Education (YH) program as a Support Pedagogue.
You have knowledge of both physical and mental disabilities. We would like you to have knowledge of clarifying pedagogy and cognitive support.
As a Support Pedagogue, you have the ability to translate theoretical knowledge into professional practice. You have a talent for motivating and inspiring others to achieve jointly set goals.
The position requires flexibility and teamwork skills.
You must have good computer skills and be able to express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
We place great emphasis on personal suitability and practical knowledge within the professional field.
A Class B driver's license is required.

Before employment, an extract from the criminal record register must be presented, as well as documentation proving that you are allowed to work in Sweden. For example, a certificate of citizenship in Sweden/EU/EES (e.g., passport), a certificate of residence permit, or a certificate of work permit to work in Sweden.

Salary: Monthly salary.
Employment type: Permanent employment.
