We work closely with our clients and know that good relationships are the key to a well-functioning assistance service. We operate throughout Sweden with our headquarters in Uppsala and local offices in Gävle, Stockholm, Gothenburg, Helsingborg, Jönköping, and Växjö.

Opportunity for a permanent shift rotation! Location on Tjörn.

You must have a driver's license, as you may need to drive the client's car for work. You should be available to work a large part of the summer. Shifts are scheduled for days, evenings, and nights. Employment can start immediately.

The ideal candidate fits the following description:

• Is a calm and secure person with self-motivation.
• Can identify and take responsibility for what needs to be done.
• Has a strong ability to empathize and understand another person's situation and perspective.

Our client needs help with everything, such as hygiene, exercise, cooking, cleaning, etc. Experience in healthcare is an advantage but not a requirement.

You will be working in a wonderful and responsible work group. The most important factor is that the chemistry between you and our client is right. To work with the client, you must master and understand the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

Working hours are:

• 07:30–15:30
• 14:30–22:30
• 22:30–07:30 (night shifts as needed)
