We are now looking for more personal assistants for various assistance assignments. Our users have different needs, interests, and personalities, which means we are looking for people with different experiences, qualities, and strengths.

Experience in personal assistance, autism, intellectual disability, or work within LSS (the Act concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments) is meritorious, but the most important thing is that you are confident, responsible, and willing to learn.

Among us, there are assignments with different requirements. Some involve an active life with many activities, while others are more about creating calm, structure, and security. In some assignments, low-affective interaction and experience with autism are particularly valuable.

We do not believe that the perfect assistant exists. Instead, we believe that a strong team consists of people who complement each other.
