As an Agreement Specialist, you will become a key player in our team, responsible for managing and developing customer agreements, supporting the sales process, and ensuring a professional customer experience from the first dialogue to the final contract.

Summary of the role

  • Responsible for the administration, follow-up, and development of customer and supplier agreements, including customer bonus and supplier agreements.
  • Ensure correct commercial terms, accruals, and handle contract renewals, changes, and quotations.
  • Follow up and analyze KPIs, statistics, and contract performance to support business decisions and improve profitability.
  • Drive efficiency and quality improvements in contract-related processes and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Act as a business-close support to the sales organization in contract matters, negotiations, and customer-related commercial activities.

Qualifications

  • Experience in economics/business administration/trade or equivalent.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and SAP (primarily Vistex).
  • Good knowledge of English and Swedish, both verbal and written.
