Are you my new assistant?
Hi! My name is Herman and I am looking for a new personal assistant for a position of approximately 60% and as needed.

About me
I am a 25-year-old guy living in a cozy little house in Gråbo (Lerum), near Alingsås. I am social and full of life. I have a congenital muscle disease that requires me to have personal assistance around the clock. Currently, I am studying to become a pastor. In my spare time, I love spending time with family and friends, watching football, and leading various youth groups. I like to keep many balls in the air and live an active life!

Your responsibilities
As my assistant, you will be with me in my daily life and join me on various activities. You will assist with all practical tasks such as helping me with dressing and undressing, hygiene, meals, as well as illness and breathing exercises. You will also help with household chores.

Who are you?
I am looking for someone who is positive, open-minded, and reliable. You see opportunities, can read situations, and have a good ability to create safety and trust around you. You are also responsible and dependable, which means I can trust that you will arrive on time, take tasks seriously, and keep your promises.

Having healthcare education or previous experience as a personal assistant is a plus, but the most important thing is that you are a stable person with a heart in the right place.
A driver's license is required, and it is important that you master the Swedish language.

About the position
Scope: approx. 60%
Working hours: weekdays approx. 07:00-18:00 and one Saturday evening every fourth weekend from 16:30-23:30.
Start date: September 1st with training before then.

During the interview, you need to show an extract from the criminal record register as well as documentation proving your right to work in Sweden (passport, national ID, or personal ID with driver's license).
If you are not a citizen of Sweden, the EU, EEA, or Switzerland, a work permit or permanent residence permit is required.
