We are now looking for a star who wants to work in Ellös!

I am a playful 16-year-old boy living with my family in Ellös on the island of Orust. I am looking for a new personal assistant and would love someone who still has a childlike spirit, is creative, positive, and can help me with whatever comes up in my daily life.

Life with me is usually full of action. I love playing with my siblings, tickling, jumping on a trampoline, swimming, watching Star Wars, going on outings, and riding in my wheelchair for walks with our dogs. In the summer, the best thing is swimming, both in our home pool and at the beach, which is only a 10-minute walk from where I live.

I have a cognitive disability, autism, ADHD, and epilepsy with silent seizures. I do not speak in words or walk completely independently. I also need help with eating; I receive nutrition via PEG but also eat regular meals with your help. Additionally, I need your assistance with using the toilet, taking my medication, getting dressed, and keeping my room tidy.

Age does not matter much to me, but you need to be a stable and mentally strong person with a high work ethic. You should be a secure, responsible adult, while also being my fun playmate. If you have previous experience working with children with autism and other disabilities, it is a plus, but not a requirement.

If you have also worked as a personal assistant for children before, that is an even bigger plus, as you will already know what it is like to work in a family with all its implications. You must not be allergic to or afraid of dogs. We would be especially happy if you like animals, as our dogs and cats are a big part of our family.

To get to the workplace, you must have a driver's license and a car, as public transport to the client's home is very limited.

Working hours/Duration: Summer approx. 25% and extra as needed.

Salary: Fixed hourly wage according to agreement.

Other benefits according to collective agreement.

You must present extracts from the criminal record and suspicion register upon employment with a child client.
