We are looking for a personal assistant available on an as-needed basis for a happy and active 8-year-old in Olofstorp/Göteborg

About the position

We are currently seeking a reliable, responsible, and professional personal assistant for a happy and active 8-year-old boy who lives with his family in Olofstorp, Gothenburg.

The role involves awake night shifts with active assistance, and you will become an important part of the child's daily life and sense of security.

The family also includes two siblings aged 10 and 16, which makes it important that you are able to work respectfully and professionally within a family environment.

Responsibilities

As a personal assistant, your duties will include, among other things:

• Providing support and care during evenings and nights
• Performing medical interventions as instructed
• Contributing to a safe and calm environment for the child
• Collaborating closely with the family and other assistants

Your workplace is wherever the child is, primarily at home.

We are looking for someone who

• Is calm, attentive, and responsible
• Has a professional attitude and a strong sense of integrity
• Is confident working independently during night shifts
• Has good communication skills
• Has experience working with children or people with disabilities (meritorious)
• Has experience with breathing support/PEP mask (meritorious)
• Has healthcare education or equivalent experience (meritorious)
