I am a 38-year-old man seeking personal assistants. I have an intellectual disability and epilepsy, and I need support from my assistants to manage my daily life. You will help me with all practical matters as well as the social aspects of life. It is important that you are patient and engaged with my needs and activities, and that you put me first. Trust is very important to me; it gives me a sense of security and the ability to function well.
Previous experience working with similar diagnoses is an advantage, but the most important factor is our personal chemistry and your willingness to learn and develop in your role alongside me. I enjoy coming up with activities, going for walks, car rides, and I feel comfortable in forests and nature. As my assistant, you will work together with a colleague, as I have double assistance during my waking hours.
I place great importance on your ability to speak and write Swedish fluently.
