About the position

Our client is a 17-year-old girl who lives with her family in Skärhamn on Tjörn. She has cerebral palsy, scoliosis, and epilepsy, and needs help and support with everything that arises in her daily life. She enjoys finding activities, such as a day trip to Liseberg or a stay by the sea, but she also loves a cozy moment on the lawn in the family's garden. We are looking for you who thrive with active assistance, both indoors and outdoors, and who are creative. The highlight is the annual "Move-and-walk" in Gothenburg. In the work, it is of great importance that you are attentive and responsive to the signals our client gives you, and that you enjoy working close to the client as physical proximity is a large part of the work with the girl.

We are now looking for you who fit the following:

• want to work with a teenage girl living in Skärhamn

• have very good knowledge of Swedish, both in speech and writing

• have a B driver's license and access to a car to get to and from work. If you live near Skärhamn, this is not a requirement

It is also meritorious if you:

• have experience working in care and nursing

• have experience working with children and young people

• have experience with mobility impairments

• have experience with epilepsy

• have experience with alternative communication

Great importance will be attached to personal suitability.

Working hours, degree of employment, and salary:

The current form of employment is "As long as the assignment lasts" starting from September 1st with an employment degree of approx. 50%. The working hours vary and you work according to the following schedule:

Odd week: Wednesday 15:45-22:00 Sunday 14:00-22:00

Even week: Monday 15:45-22:00 Wednesday 15:45-22:00

Fixed hourly wage according to agreement and other compensations occur according to the collective agreement.

Start date: According to agreement.
