• Do you take time to listen? We are looking for you who are attentive, humble, and take the time to understand your client's needs.
• You are confident in your professional role and have a professional approach.
• We prefer that you have experience working with people with multiple disabilities.
• You enjoy working with established routines but can also take independent decisions based on the person's needs and wishes when necessary.
• You have a good mood and the ability to sense the situation of the person you are working with.
