We are looking for an engaged and caring personal assistant for a positive and cheerful woman in her 50s. She lives in her own apartment in Vårgårda together with her cats. She is non-verbal, suffers from epilepsy, and needs help and support in her daily life. Your role will be to assist her with everything from care and household chores to various activities – and of course, providing good company!

The position is a temporary assignment lasting until the turn of the year. Working hours are scheduled across days, evenings, and weekends according to a rotating schedule at 80%.

We are looking for you who are a positive and responsible person. Experience and education are a plus, but most importantly, you must be the right person and that you get along. You need to be calm, a bit persistent, and have clear communication skills. Good physical fitness and a sense of humor are also important! It would be an advantage if you have a driver's license, but it is not necessary. However, very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, is a requirement.

The position covers a temporary assignment for a colleague on leave at 80%, according to a rotating schedule with varying times during the day, evening, and weekend. Before starting, we offer introductory shifts as an hourly employee to ensure that you feel safe and prepared in your new role. The temporary assignment runs from immediately until the turn of the year.
