We are looking for you who are interested in working as a personal assistant to a wheelchair-using woman in her mid-60s. In this role, you will make a significant difference in her life and have the chance to help a person live independently on equal terms with others, as far as possible.

The work includes everything from care, assistance with activities, to daily chores. The workplace is in her home as well as wherever she may be. Working hours consist of shorter shifts during the day and evening, seven days a week. We would prefer that you are also available to work with short notice when needed, such as in case of illness or other unforeseen circumstances.

As you will be part of a team of personal assistants selected for and by your specific user, it is important to have good work ethics, teamwork skills, and flexibility. Everyone in the team supports each other and can work with short notice when necessary.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We would prefer that you have a flexible and independent working style and can easily adapt to new situations. You must be able to take responsibility and work based on the individual's needs. Good documentation skills and a professional attitude are desirable. You should have a genuine interest and empathy for caring for people.

Other qualities that are good for this job include a good mood, calmness, patience, and being responsible. You must be fluent in Swedish, as good communication is crucial in this role. Previous experience in personal assistance is a significant advantage.
