ABOUT THE POSITION

At Kura Omsorg, we are looking for you who want a rewarding and meaningful job as a personal assistant for one of our clients in Lidköping. The position is a temporary contract of up to 100% from mid-August until June 2027. The shifts are scheduled during daytime, 08:00–18:00, including both weekdays and weekends.

You and the assignment manager will agree on a start date together, but we would appreciate it if you could start the introduction as soon as possible.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

You will be working for a 67-year-old woman who needs support in her daily life. Your role is to contribute to a safe and pleasant environment, both at home and during activities outside the home. As a personal assistant, you will become an important part of her daily life and help her live an independent and fulfilling life.

Your main tasks will include, among other things:

• Support in daily routines – for example, household chores and other practical tasks at home.

• Personal care – help with hygiene and dressing/undressing.

• Social and outward-oriented activities – accompanying the client on walks, errands, or other activities.

The client prefers female assistants.

REQUIREMENTS

• Class B driver's license to drive the client's car in the role.

• Fluent Swedish language skills in both speech and writing.

Employment level: Temporary contract, up to 100%

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other benefits in accordance with the collective agreement.

To be employed by us at Kura Omsorg, you must have a BankID and agree to use your BankID in the role. A prerequisite for starting employment with us is that you, as an applicant, can present a valid ID and submit a tax certificate (personbevis) as well as any documents proving the right to work in Sweden. You can easily download the tax certificate from the Swedish Tax Agency's website. Due to the fact that the role may involve solo work, night work, and tasks that according to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations (AFS 2012:3) cannot be performed by minors, you must be at least 18 years old to work as a personal assistant.

If you are to work with children and young people under 18, you are required to present a certificate of good conduct (extract from the criminal record). From March 1, 2026, new regulations apply meaning that the register check will cover both extracts from the criminal record and the suspicion register. The extract is ordered via the Police Authority's e-service. Note that processing times may vary, so it is advisable to order in good time.
