We are now looking for engaged employees for our new mobile team within personal assistance.

The work may vary between:

• Personal care
• Support in daily activities
• Communication and structural support
• Mobility and medical tasks (delegated duties)

As an employee in the mobile team, you will have a flexible and developing role where no day is like the other. You will become an important part of ensuring the operation runs smoothly, while gaining broad experience of several users' needs and working methods.

Employment is based on Appendix D, which means that the employee must have a working time schedule that specifies, among other things, days off and main working time extension, a so-called normal schedule. Salary supplements are paid to employees.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who have experience from personal assistance, LSS (Act concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments), or healthcare and social care. You are secure, independent, and solution-focused. You thrive with variation and contributing where the need exists, have good cooperation skills, and a professional attitude in all situations. For the position, you must have a Category B driver's license.

We would prefer if you have:

• Nursing assistant education or support assistant experience
• Good ability to build relationships
• Flexibility and willingness to contribute where the need exists
• Good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written

Employment type: Permanent position.
Duration: Start date by agreement. Interviews are conducted on a rolling basis.
